PRIZE DETAILS AND LIMITATIONS

This is an incentive raffle, put together to thank those willing to donate. We are doing a raffle/drawing to thank those who have donated to the Dewards.

1. Donations of goods and or/services or gift certificates are welcome until the date of the drawing.

2. Donation that qualifies you for Raffle tickets is not a tax deductible contribution.

5. Qualifying for Raffle Entry: the donations that qualify for raffle entry must be made in US funds by 1) PayPal 2) check/money order (mail only, contact cowgirly for mailing address). The mail order deadline is 2/15 - all orders must be RECEIVED by this date. Online sales will end Jan 15 at midnight 5pm. Any funds submitted after 2/15 at 5 pm will be considered a direct donation to this fundraiser and will not be refunded.
6. Donations that do not qualify for raffle entry are those made directly to the Dewards Veterinary bill, to the Bank of America Account, or to the Dewards privately are not entered in the drawing because we are unable to verify the amount.

7.  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE TICKETS IN THE MAIL.. Raffle entries will be tracked electronically (via spreadsheet) and winners will be posted on this website. Your receipt is your cancelled check, credit card statement or online sales receipt

8. All prizes will be awarded. Raffle winners will be drawn in the order items are listed on this website. The Raffle winners not present at the drawing have 15 days from notification to claim their prize cash cannot be substituted for prizes or gift certificates).  If not claimed within that time a new winner can be selected from the remaining ticket stubs.  If a new drawing is required, it will be announced on this website

9. No cash awards will be granted in lieu of prizes. Prizes are nontransferrable. Winners of prizes that are local (services or events) are responsible for any travel required to utilize services/prizes.

10. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

11. Odds: the odds of winning are dependent on the number of tickets sold. Persons may enter as often as they like before our deadline (listed above) by purchasing additional tickets. Odds of winning increase by purchasing additional tickets. 

12.  All ticket orders are processed and tickets are computer generated with your name, address, city, state, zip, and phone number as provided on your order form.  These tickets will be placed into a raffle barrel at the time of the public drawing on February 15, 2010. Winners will be drawn by someone not entered in the drawing and recorded by a second person.

13.  All raffle ticket sales are final, no refunds will be granted.

There are a few limitations on prizes that include services, and we thank our generous donors for offering their time and services.

• Horse Hoof Trim $40 maximum value will cover the trim for a full size horse, value may be applied to full set of shoes or draft horse trim. Greer will travel within 30 miles of Fall City to perform trims.
